Guys I was dreaming about this…I couldn’t wait to try it this morning after my workout! If you love sweet potatoes this a must try and also perfect for Fall!
- 4 oz of water
- 4 oz of milk or almond milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
- 1 Yellow Container Plain (baked or boiled) Sweet Potatoes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- Blend until smooth and ENJOY!
