I found my new go to power breakfast! All you need is some bread, avocado, egg, a little seasoning and about 5 minutes!

 

Don’t just use any bread, look for bread that is also providing you with some good energy like Dave’s Killer Good Seed Bread; my absolute favorite and bonus, can be purchased at Costco!

 

Next, don’t get fancy with the avocado spread just open up an avocado and mash it up on your toasted bread using a fork – no salt you’ll get flavor from your yummy egg.

 

Follow that up with a healthy egg, I choose brown omega-3 rich eggs. Cook that bad boy over easy and sprinkle it with some sea salt, black pepper and red chili pepper flakes.

 

DONE. Simple and nutritious!
